What materials are required to Registration Company?

Different types of companies need to provide different materials. Generally, they need to provide information such as company name, registered capital, business scope, and registered address. The materials required to register a trading company include the identity certificate of foreign investors (foreign companies need to provide notarized and certified documents such as company registration certificate and legal representative identity certificate; foreign individuals need to provide passport copies and identity notarized and certified documents), company articles of association, proof of registered address, legal representative identity certificate, directors, supervisors, managers’ identity certificates, feasibility study reports, environmental assessment reports (necessary for some industries), and other relevant documents. All foreign documents need to be notarized and certified before they can be used in China.
