What are the signs that are prohibited from being used as trademarks?
The names, national flags, national emblems, military flags, and medals of my country and foreign countries are identical or similar; the names, flags, and emblems of international organizations are identical or similar; official inspection and guarantee marks are identical or similar; ethnic discrimination; exaggerated propaganda and deceptive; other adverse effects; foreign place names known to the public; names of administrative divisions above the county level in my country are usually prohibited from being used as trademarks. The registration of trademarks in my country must be uniformly reviewed and approved by the national trademark authority.
