How Can We Help?
What are the main types of trademark infringement?
There are three main situations:
- Using a trademark that is identical or similar to a registered trademark on the same or similar goods without the consent of the registered trademark owner;
- Knowing that a certain product is counterfeiting someone else’s registered trademark, but still selling it;
- The infringement behavior is the act of counterfeiting, unauthorized manufacturing of other people’s registered trademark logos, or selling these logos.
