What are the main types of trademark infringement?

There are three main situations:

  1.  Using a trademark that is identical or similar to a registered trademark on the same or similar goods without the consent of the registered trademark owner;
  2. Knowing that a certain product is counterfeiting someone else’s registered trademark, but still selling it;
  3. The infringement behavior is the act of counterfeiting, unauthorized manufacturing of other people’s registered trademark logos, or selling these logos.
